minnesota state fair

During the 12 days of the Minnesota State Fair, some 200,000 people walk through the gates each day and enjoy the food, rides, and entertainment on the grounds. On the opening day, we joined that flood of people and wandered around the exhibits and sampled the food. In the evening, under beautiful skies and comfortable temperatures, we went to the Grandstand to hear Jon Cleary and Bonnie Raitt. I can't handle those crowds too often, but we did have a wonderful day at the fair.
